I have Norton Internet Security 2007, every time i try to download 10 day trial (im gonna patch it) it says no problems, then ten seconds later it says , its seem you have a firewall, i try to take it off, but i just dont know how

i was wondering how i could let frostwire have access, but still keep the firewall.

I am using a router, from what I understand that has a hardware firewall built in. Is it necessary to have a software firewall also?

Actually i just want to change my firewall settings.i just found out )start-control panel-windows firewall).. that settings but it i could not change the settings..On the General Tab that two options (ON And Off) are disabled..How can i enable it?thanks.
