I have DSL and it says it will take 10 hours or more. I can’t disable Norton Antivirus firewall and have tried to find disable windows but it’s all locked up or something. Don’t say close out all windows because it doesn’t work for me, or start-run-msconfig because it is not my computer and we just had a virus problem we recently got rid of.

Try disabling peer2peer connections. I found that cut my download speed considerably. When the downloader is running, find the options (or preferences) settings, and choose to diable peer to peer.

I wish I could be more specific, but I’m not at that machine right now, and I can’t get to blizzard’s website from work.

I don’t think you can dude. Must be a pretty big download if it takes 10 hours even for DSL.
