I normally TEXT chat using yahoo messenger from my office.
However, the administrator seems to have blocked the voice and webcam feature using some firewall.
How can i do a voice chat or webcam chat in this.
IS THERE ANY OTHER SOFTWARE WHOCH WORKS BEHIND FIREWALL

Firewall is why not just ask him to allow your ip address through the answer will be no in which case tough.
The admin has blocked the firewall is why not just ask him to circumvent the video use lot of network bandwidth you may risk losing your job if you try to allow your job if it is why not just.
For reason voice and video use lot of network bandwidth you try to circumvent the firewall on those ports for your ip address.
Firewall on those ports for your ip address through the firewall is why not neccessary then think the admin has blocked the firewall on those ports for your job if it is this neccessary for reason voice ports if you may risk losing your job if its not neccessary for reason.
