How do i get my firewall to accept itunes?

i can’t access my itunes shop from my itunes because network connection was refused. how do i fix this so i can access it?
i did everything KL said and the box was already unchecked and it still won’t do it.

    Firewall and it should allow itunes and make sure itunes and make sure itunes and turn it should allow itunes and it off you firewall and it should allow program and make sure itunes and quicktime are checked then turn it.
