Im at College and I downloaded limewire again and it wont connect and it says I have a firewall blocking it.. I tryed going to control panelsecurity system windows firewall.. but it wont work.. I know it has something to do with being at college and not aloud shared programs but does anyone know how to get around that.. my ipod needs updated and I NEED limewire!!! HELP!!

   research torrents or newsrooms.. not all colleges block torrents and few isp’s throttle newsroom downloads.

   Rogers I connect at 150k/sec and with newroom d/l s i get 1.5mb/sec

   College networks are full of firewalls and security blocks. See if there is a campus IT guy you can ask about this.

   For me its not your computer trust me its your computer trust me in highschool and in college blocked it worked for me its not your computer trust me in college blocked it gets around the same stuff plus it its.
