I’ve tried to access my Limewire Pro software but it shows a firewall prevention wall next to the connection status. I have set my Norton Software to recognize this and to allow custom limitations for access, but it still will not remove the firewall from Limewire.

What more can I do?

   have you tried setting up ports it will tell you step by step to sort it out.
