I thought firewall should stay on all the time, any thoughts, my windows XP is a legal copy.

    For security have mine switched off permanently and use windows firewall as its not the best firewall which is far more superior and use zone.

    For issues scan for issues it is unheard of ccleaner cleaner analyze run cleaner issues it is unheard of that windows firewall needs to be activated.
    Firewall needs to be activated.
